Quotations from lumberyards and other sources often significantly underestimate the materials required to construct a particular design. Generic computer estimating and drafting programs usually cannot accurately estimate the complex roof system, custom window fenestrations and other special features called for in today's designs. "Allowances" are produced that will cover only part of your requirements and costly material shortages arise, which can adversely impact your construction budget.
This will not happen with Viceroy. A Viceroy home package is complete according to a detailed set of written specifications. If there are ever shortages, they will be taken care of promptly. We guarantee it.
Price Protection
Once you've decided to build a Viceroy home, we will freeze the price of your home package for six months or longer, which far surpasses the industry norm of thirty days. This completely protects you from costly fluctuations in the price of lumber and other building materials, helping to maintain your building budget and protect your family's finances.
