The structural system of Viceroy’s building envelope typically includes the following;

• Floor framing system consisting of high grade plywood, floor joists, beams, sill plates and blocking
• Wall system consisting of 2x4 or 2x6 pre-cut framing material
• Roof system (trusses or rafters) and plywood sheathing, engineered for your requirements
• Viceroy’s energy-efficient Superwindows and insulated exterior doors
• High quantity fiberglass batt insulation, with vapour barrier for effective control of condensation
• Maintenance-free soffit, facia, vents and exterior trims (as required)
• Cedar or HardiPlank cement siding and Tyvek house wrap
