In either case, precision components are ensured by our computer controlled saws and fabrication equipment.

All parts are clearly labeled and cross-referenced to the architectural drawings and packing list for a smooth and efficient construction process.

Superior Export Quality Lumber
Viceroy supplies only superior export grade lumber for all the framing components in your home package, including wall framing, floor joists, rafters, trusses, headers, plates and blocking. As a prospective homebuilder, you should be aware that the quality of lumber being sold by lumber suppliers today has markedly deteriorated from a few years ago. This is primarily due to the fact that the best lumber is being separated by the lumber mills for more demanding export markets. What's left for local retail lumberyards is poorer lumber, the so-called "fall-down", containing worm holes, heavy bark and large knots, and allows splitting, warping and twisting. Not only is this lumber difficult to work with, but these defects will show up in the future, leading to lifting floors, wavy, uneven wallboard and a sagging roof.
