Viceroy Homes Limited and it's subsidiary, Viceroy Homes Inc. ("Viceroy") has created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Why does Viceroy collect your information?

  • when you order a catalogue, your name and home address are placed on Viceroy's mailing list for the purpose of notifying you about our sales promotions.
• Guest Registration Cards:
  • your name, address, home telephone number, email address and building lot information are collected for marketing purposes by Viceroy or a licensed independent dealer when you fill out and submit a Card
• Purchase of a House Package:
  • personal information is collected by Viceroy or a licensed independent dealer when you contract with Viceroy to purchase a house package and register for product warranties

  • personal information may be provided by a potential customer or investor to facilitate the receipt of product, service or investment information

When you visit the Viceroy web site, information is not collected that could identify you personally unless you choose to provide it voluntarily. You are welcome to browse the web site at any time anonymously and privately without revealing any personal or financial information about yourself.
